I honestly don't know what I weigh. I do, however, know my measurements. I had to take them for a dress fitting. I've been going to the gym 4-5 times a week since the beginning of January and I'm down an inch everywhere (bust, waist, hips). Yay me. (although I don't really want to lose any boobage...)

I have been just eating good portions and no fast food...(i mean yea ill get wawa but i stay on the healthy side)

Basketball has been really intense... Smoking hasnt help either but oh well....I figure if i keep on playing and eating good then ill be good to go

down side is iceing my ankles at night..ugh sucks!

ohmygosh. if people knew my weight they would think I was anorexic. and I get that A LOT. ugh. I've tried putting on pounds, but it doesn't work. damn this awesome metabolism. I eat. and I eat a lot.

I actually just started working out on Monday night. I've been feeling great! (minus, the whole 'waking up with a pain in my back' thing).

reese, small breakfast, small lunches (mostly salads ), i had help from hydroxycut in the beginning. gym nearly everyday lifting every other. no late meals. and basically only eating what i can burn that day.

word im in the same boat except my office hours kill me so much...this new schedule that i have will be great for me to switch things around.....Basketball ends in late March and im thinking about Soccer again along with the gym.(Yes my spic ass said soccer!)

what i did in japan was the whole eat 5 small meals a day. i try to stay away from hudroxycut.

when i lived in washington, i tried hydroxycut hardcore while doing martial arts. it worked, but, as soon as i went off it, the weight came back, even though i was working out alot still. and to tell you the truth, i still think it messed up my metabolism somewhat.

thats part of why i stopped it, the L carnitine isnt a stimulant like the hydroxy. it just tells your body to burn fat for energy instead. if i can lose the belly and maintain that ill be happy. but i work 54 hours a week so im taking it slow.
