exhaust for honda si

for the last couple of days i have been watching videos of exhaust systems, but i am having trouble picking one. The skunk 2 sounds really loud and it gains hp, but i want an exhaust that is not quite or really loud. some where in the middle will be nice. anyone kno any exhausts? or should i just buy the skunk 2?

The video's on youtube and other sites rarely sound like the actual systems. I'd suggest checking out a local civic meet and actually hearing the types of exhausts that other owners have. - At least that's what I did before I jumped on my current exhaust.

I've got a Greddy Evo2. I like it dispite how many people say it's too loud for long trips. Nice and deep when getting on it, yet quite for driving around town. No rasp at all.

Some friends of mine have on their cars: WS2, Skunk2 and Greddy Ti-C.

the WS2 is nice for a daily, for the minimal gains you get from these exhausts anyway, it's a good choice for the small increase without the noise.

I can't really say much about the others since i've not heard them with cat's on the car's.

I actually drive a Prelude, and have yet to attend any of the local Honda meets. I do attend the KOP and Exton TST meets when the weathers a bit warmer. You should look into a reputable Civic forum and check for the next local meet. Sorry I wasn't that specific in my last post.

Tsudo exhaust. Look them up. Cheap pricing. As good a quality as some of the top brands. My friend just put a catback setup on his fiancés civic si and it sounds mean as ****

This exhaust costs like 4x all the ones mentioned here. It's therefore obviously better.

why is something that is 4x more expensive obviously better? really it comes down to what the vehicle is being used for....
