a while back i put my front license plate on my bumper because i was getting pulled over a couple times because of that. Recently, I noticed my friend had his front license plate attached to his passenger side sun visor. He told me that he's gotten pulled over before and the police let him go and told him as long as he kept his visor down at all times so the license plate would show, that was no issue. Is this true at all?
