Say "yes" and take payments until she pays the car off, at which point you give her the keys, the car, and the title.
OR Say "no" and continue trying to sell the car.

I would definitely looking into a personal bill of sale and get it notarised. I don't even know if this is possible, but any paperwork you can get that can be notarized will work in your favor if she screws you over. Up the price, even. You're doing HER a favor. If she wants it bad enough, she'll work with you.

I don't understand why you're going to your bank..... Save yourself the headache: Tell her to get the money, or she doesn't get the car.

How much are you selling your vehicle for or risking with her after a down payment?
It all sounds bad though. Something says "Don't do it!" in big led flashing lights.

hahah its cool i was just joking but the rx7 looks great I love that color.
giving her the car and making her sign a comntract while you keep the title sounds like a good idea, that was you can get it back if she stops paying, maybe keep an extra key too lol just in case |

Here are your options...
1. let her make payments and YOU keep the car til its paid off. Get a notorzed contract and state if she defaults on the deal you keep the moeny and she is SOL 2. sell her the car for what you want in full. Her getting funding is HER problem and isn't going to happen for a car that old... unless its a personal loan and they aren't exactly easy for a kid to get. Not sure why someone would even go looking for a car without knowing they can actually buy it. I personally wouldn't even waste my time with her. 3. accept the fact that you will most likely lose money(afterall, it is a car) and list it for less. 4. keep it because you don't want to lose money. Go to community college because its cheaper. Your first 2 years are mostly BS classes that trasfer easily. Many of them even have agreements to lead to better schools. Banks wont give any loans to persons under 21. I tried and not only did they want an interest rate of 12% but I could only take out a minimum of $10 g's and I was able to have a co-sign. I don't think you'll be able to fully pull this one out.....

2 other options are take it to take it to a dealership and see if they'll buy it off you, and voluntary repossession.
