Custom seat brackets so the seat goes further back and some kinda of harness mount made with the new bracket since the seat belt would be out of place in stock form and your good to go.

I have an aunt that is- no exaggeration- pushing 400lbs. She drives a Toyota Echo.

Her echo "gets its lean on" with her. If she can squeeze into that tiny tin can, im sure you could make it happen with a caddy.

I was 400lbs at one point, and fit in my 05 xb with no problem. I cant fit my knees under the dash of the cts.

I bet it wouldnt be hard to make the stock seats sit an inch or two lower, or install aftermarket seats that sit lower. Thats a bummer to not be able to get a car just because you dont fit in it.

My driving position is kinda weird. I sit waaay close to the steering wheel. I keep my seat closer than some people that are shorter than me. I hope i dont ever test my airbags out.

If i got a caddy, i wouldnt be modifying it like i do my scion. They did make an STS-V, but i'd love it if they ever made a DTS-V.

What a loser. I don't know why people won't just man up and take it when they 'f' up. I think you should lose you license alot more then 90 days for drinking and driving.

I missed the part where it said he was drinking and driving. I was under the impression that drinking and driving was a "DUI" charge, whereas Underage Drinking just means he blew over a .02 as a minor. Since he stated that the charge was "underage drinking," I can only assume that he is responsible for committing a crime that is only a crime due to his age. Had he been stopped two weeks from now, his actions would have been completely lawful.

Theres a big difference between drinking when youre too young to drink, and drinking and driving. His punishment (in my eyes) should be based upon the nature of the incident. 90 days loss of license for what basically amounts to "Public Drunkenness" seems a bit harsh. 90 days loss of license due to DUI is more than fair (or even a bit too lenient). Either way though, it seems a bit unfair to crucify the kid when you know very little about the nature of his crime, and immediately jumped to the conclusion that it occured while operating a motor vehicle.

Furthermore, as his first offense, whether it be Underage Drinking OR DUI, he is still eligible for ARD, which would allow him to keep his drivers license and avoid any permanent marks on his record.

Giving someone a DUI is no small punishment- its something that follows a person for YEARS. To set someone back like that, at the age of 20, only weeks away from their 21st birthday when all they'd done wrong is partake in an activity that would be legal for anyone else over 21 is unjustly harsh. If his crime WAS in fact a DUI, then I would agree with you. But 90 days suspension of lisence for underage drinking is ridiculous, IMO.

I probally didn't read into it as in depth as you did with the drinking in driving VS being a minor part and just drinking. Still funny that people actually post stuff like that online in public though.

you've been going a bit over board flipping out on things on TST. you may need a break from the internet for a couple weeks dude... you're blood pressure will thank me

http://www.thomaslawpa.com/PracticeA...e-drinking.asp
http://www.therecordherald.com/opini...k-worth-taking

seems to me, from what i can find, the potential for a suspension is a possible punishment for underage drinking and does not require the person to be driving.

but seriously... you need to lay off the coffee or something dude. you're too uppity anymore
