KA's are great stock motors to learn on.

Also drove it today to work and back about 20 mins each way,no problems. Gotta take it back to the place that installed the alarm but its great otherwise.

When I first got into the "scene" like 3 years ago, there used to be $100 DOHC left and right. Now people are asking like $500 for an S13 KA24DE's.
I now have 4 spare blocks so I should be good lol. But your definitely right, if my car would allow me to go with a 2jz that would be the choice.

not to get off topic from the few posts before me but im just wondering im gonan come out to auto x soon proably the next one at millville.. does anyone know if anything will disqualify me ? i have two tires with camber wear (alignment is fixed and they have tons of life still)... and some idiot from the tire shop put a 215 on my one rear tire when i run 225 all around and didnt bother telling me they didnt have 225 till it was mounted (ghetto place just needed a tire to get to work and deliver other wise i wouldnt have tolerated that)... will i need to replace my tires with slight camber wear and will i need to run two of the same size in the rear...
also what class would i be in ? im running a set of wheel spacers that are about 1/8 an inch and have pretty much every n/a bolt on except for cams and under drive pulley. im dropped 2.5 in the front and 2.25 in the rear and gutted trunk and back seats if that matters

They almost didn't let me run in MSNE at the Meadowlands because I had dry rotted tires. So just be careful.
