Mark - what is this RSI thing you're talking about? I'm thinking if i pulled a tendon or a muscle or something in my thumb/wrist during yoga that using my thumb and the heel of my hand to mold clay isn't helping that muscle or whatever heal.

sorry....i can barely read and quickly assume what i read is correct. i think half of the time i make up the script and the words are not where near what is happening.

think of the extra money as treating yourself to a spa...or soemthing else you might enjoy. when the dr figures it out, you will not to deal with the pain and life will be grand once again.

do you do bikram yoga or "regular" yoga?

lol dont worry about it i was bracing myself for worse!

i did hatha yoga for my wellness/exercise credits for school. i have a few friends that do bikram - i dont think i'm ready for yoga in a humidified, 100º room with other people. i'm actually looking to switch gyms or wait until the summer when i'm done school to find a place where i can start taking classes again. i loved it.

RSI is repetitive stress injury. Supposedly comes from doing the same motion over and over again with the same muscles, tendons, etc. Like clicking the mouse button or scrolling with the mouse wheel. If your problem happened during yoga, then I'm not sure RSI would be what you're dealing with. Mine comes from sitting on the computer waaaaaayyyy too much.
