Alright too all my broskies helping me out.. haha.

I'm only doing 5 minutes on the treadmill, no more. Just upping my heart rate and getting myself in the mood to go downstairs and lift. I cannot believe that running for 5 minutes at 5-6mph is going to take away noticeably from the 3500+ calories I'm taking in. I work 8 hour days, on my feet and very active all day. Last nights weight was 172lbs still going strong. I'm going to continue the plan I'm following because it seems to be working!

Where are you gaining the weight, if you've noticed a difference so far?
Nice work on being able to make a transformation here, just want to make sure its the right kind of weight. If you gain too fast it might not be too clean (not mostly muscle, fat too) which most people aren't looking for.

Ive gained pretty noticeable size in my midsection, upper torso, arms, chest and back muscles. I have also been using a body fat scanner, I was 6.5 percent when I started and I am now 6.1 percent.

I can definitely tell you that I look much fuller and its spread out, doesn't look unnatural, like its all in my stomach or something.

I completely understand, I have worked out and before but I have never been on a really good diet before. All I can say is it makes all the difference in the world! I never really thought I had the genetics to gain like this. But I guess I do. ha.

Gaining 12 pounds is giving me even more motivation because I can see and feel it. I absolutely know I'm going to Plateau but I have no clue when that will happen. haha. And I hope I can keep motivated through it.

Well guys its been about 2.5 months on this kick. In the middle, I went through some personal stuff and fell off for a week or two, still eating right, just not working out. Still haven't had any real junk, no soda, candies, stuff like that. I have had kicked back a few beers on the weekends though. How do you guys deal with drinking?? I want to have a few drinks and relax, but I don't want to **** up my hard work.

But now I'm eating right, gym every other day. Current weight 177lbs. So 17 pound increase so far. I have platued though I think, I have been 177 for about a week and half no with no increase or lose. So, I'm not sure what to do. Eat more, add even more weight, Is what I'm going to do.

My strength has double and endurance doubled. I started off doing 115lbs. flat bench 2 sets of 10 and I was struggling. lol.(<<embarrassing) Last night I did 175lbs. 2 sets of 10 and felt of could have probaly squezzed one or two more on the second set. So I feel good. I have been keeping records of all weights lifted since the beginning and they are all up 40-50 percent from the beginning.

So any more tips or good routines, I'm all ears.

Look at those arms.. gettin some definition. haha.

Wellll.....I'm still going and feel really good.

Weighed in last night at 183lbs. Total gain of 23 pounds. I'm going to be buying a new scale soon with the body fat index built in too it. Anyone have any suggestion on a good scale for home use??

I started working out my legs pretty intensly and all I can say is holy ****, what a difference it makes in how your entire body feels after a workout. Squats really show how weak your legs are as a beginner. I meant a nice guy at the gym and help show me the correct posture for squats and deadlift, and I did 10 reps X 20/40/50lbs. Pretty much no weight and felt as if my legs where going to fall off.
