I have a question with the amount of camber you are running. Are you running that amount to help with the height of the car or for show? Only reason I ask is because I was thinking about this at work. Since tires are more of a rectangle shape if you put them on their corners like you have with the camber that extreme amount of camber the tire will sit higher (in theory) in the wheel well then a tire with less camber. If you actually take a rectangle piece of paper and mark the top and bottom, then turn the rectangle so the corner is on the bottom line you will see the top corner is past the originally marked line. Again this is only a theory i don't actually know if that would work with tires due to air pressure and all that.

Again not trying to break your balls or anything like that was just curious. Car looks good, love the wheels.

its all in the tire size.......a 165/45/15 on a 7.5 is very streched so it will help me with clearence.. but if it comes down to it modding the inner quater panel wont be a problem. but thanks for sharing your info!!

If I see this in person I will probably pee on your doorhandle.

At least you did it to a crappy car to begin with though.

its funny how people crap on others peoples car expressions when thats the whole reason we modify our cars anyway...its to be different. but somewhere the messege got mixed and everybody who mods cars does the same thing and then post pictures so people on the interweb can say ohhh or ahhh. when in reality these days its the people who have pushed the envelope who have kept our scene alive...i.e. the hella flush movement and wrong fitment crew... people did the same thing to them when they were on the interweb showing off low offset wheels with stretched tires that poke out and now ...you better not buy high offset wheels. im not saying you have to like this guys build but..much respect for "pushing the envelope" and if you dont feel it then dont read it....i dont go into member journals that have no interest to me like a some dude on here building a fiero....come on a fiero and this is the thread where you guys focus your flames

Personally speaking, I do not like it, I think it can be dangerous and looks dumb, imho. BUT I respect the fact that he IS pushing the envelope and doing something different. to each their own.

op - hope it all works out, and I'd like to see finished pictures

There is a difference between thinking the car sucks because it is ugly(even though I do) and thinking the car sucks because it is made unsafe(which it is). I would even bet that I could smash my car into his and because of his mods I could get a lawyer and get out of paying for it since it could be deemed unsafe and shouldn't be on the road in the first place. Hell, I'd probally walk away with him paying my legal fees too.

We are car addicts. We don't have to like everyting we see and are entitled to our opinion, whether it be paise or hate.
