i know financially its bad. But from this point the value of the car is only going to drop further being that there are already 2 more generations out. Also, In that case I had to drop the amount the car im looking for and willing to pay a little extra because of that, might end up paying less in the end if i can work it out(month to month.). I'm just looking for newer with a warranty basically. Idk lol.

basically me ranting because I would like something new, even though i dont need it.. lol

BITCH. I was referring to you too, of course. Sorry I didn't make it. I hadn't hung out with my sister in a while and didn't feel like driving to the city. Looking back, I'm kind of glad I didn't drive down.....

Had a lot of fun last night

Was funny seeing the car I just detailed and got held up at the shop for show up to Sonic right when we got there.

Unfortunately, on the way home in my last 2 miles on 202, a group of 4 raccoon decided to coast across under a bridge around the Boot Road bend. All I'll say is, the splitter on the STi > that raccoon. No damage to the car but that raccoon got his day ****ed. The side vent of the bumper popped out but clipped right back in. Just my luck there had to be 4 to avoid rather than 1. Oh well, theres nothing wrong so nothing to complain about haha.

Morning all. Made ladder golf Friday and it turned out real well. Used it for tailgating on Saturday for the Phils game and well of course the Phils lost when I go. Then yesterday lost in the 2nd round of the $5k race at Atco. Camaro it definitely coming out for Maple Grove and Cecil's big money races later this year.

Love using my dad's powerwasher at times. He has a heavy duty industrial one that you don't find in most stores.

Ugh I hate catching up on finance crap. I never really had to do it because I didn't spend money, but I like to track every penny.

TEACH ME YOUR WAYS.

I cant hold onto a dollar to save my friggin life. Most of my money is already spoken for before i even get it. The remainder is burnt in no time, and usually runs out before the next paycheck. Im a financial disaster.

Step one, become Jewish.

I really only keep track of transactions I do with my card. If I take out cash, for example, I keep note of how much cash I took out and I don't really bother recording how much of it I spent on what.

Pressure washing is boring. I used to have to clean the driveway at my old house every month as it was concrete.

I keep track of one thing: my current balance. As long as i keep it in the positive, im golden. The new law they put in about overdrafts is saving my ass.

For some reason theres always confusion when I check my balance, which i do at least daily. Sometimes ill check it and it wont be up to date, and ill forget about something that hasnt cleared, and spend that money. Now that i cant overdraw my account, ive been much better. I lost about $400 in overdraft fees in the months leading to that switch. Probably $200 worth was legitimate, and another $200 of wachovia bending me over for no reason at all. I got an overdraft fee once when my account was over $100 the entire week. And they refused to remove it.

I just cant seem to keep track of my card spending, and if i withdraw cash, i blow through it twice as fast.

The way I do it is I keep receipts for everything. I keep a spreadsheet of how much I spent, and I also keep track of how much I earned. So in the end, I subtract my spendings from my income, and this way I also know how much money I have at the current moment even if the transaction has not cleared. At the end of each statement, I verify that the amount spent and amount available to me is the same between my calculations and the bank. If something is not right, I view the banks transactions and what I have logged.
