Up until last week, there was a lady who worked for a different department but out of my office. She was politely asked to relocate because we needed the space. She had helpers moving her stuff the one day during our staff meeting. The one helper was an idiot and kept running into the wall with her cart and getting stuck. My co-worker was trying to be nice and helped her...big mistake. The next time she came through, she got to where we were and just stopped and stood there, acted like she needed help and kept turning and looking at us. We all just sat there and watched her. She wanted us to do it for her and that was not happening.

In past regards to the glasses discussion, anyone know where I can get a cool pair with just glass in them?

I've always wanted glasses, but I've got eagle eyes, and really have no reason to damage them to look good lol.

most eyeglass stores can sell you a pair with just glass.

So yeah I started running in vibram five fingers instead of running shoes and it's cool and all and I stopped getting shin splints due to improper form but man my calves hurt. People ask me what happened as I hobble down the hall at work like an old man.

none. they're socks with a piece of rubber on the bottom. Well they have some kind of voodoo anti-microbial fabric too that seems to somehow resist any and all stink.

ok, the forum is acting up again. don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but, majority of the time, when i try to open up a thread, it will just sit there, trying to open the page, and always says on the bottem status bar (opening 1 item) and just sit there, until it hangs up my browser, and locks it up. this happening to anyone else?

Yeah, running barefoot causes you to land each step better which causes the force to be evenly distributed between the shin and calf muscles. All I know is what I thought would hurt, the bottom of my feet, don't hurt, but my calves were killing me today. Probably from biasing my landings to the ball of my foot rather than the heel. But that's good because the calf can take it.
