I had my fair share of problems with them, but every time I had issues instead of calling my local branch, I called the 1800 number, and got much better results. The customer service on the 1800 number was so much friendlier and helpful than in my branch.

I am thinking about it. HHR should be back from the dealer today. New turbo came in yesterday and I was told it was a 5 hour job according to the book at GM... so it better be done today.

I've been with them for 10 years now and thats the same thing I found too... but recently I opened up a second accont with Diamond Credit Union here in Pottstown and their rates on autos are much better because they don't care about the age of the car.

Yeah it's like a BBQ with a little car show and what not. Should be a good time, except weather says hot and humid.

Jason looked up your places rates, wow that's low.

I have TD and had them when they were still Commerce and I have never had a problem. I used to have PNC and was always having issues with them, so I switched. My car loan is with PNC and it kills me. They suck so bad. I pay from a booklet and every month I go to TD withdraw the amount I need and then go to PNC and pay CASH. Last month, I got a letter stating that I have not yet paid my April loan payment. How, if I go with cash every month, did I not make my payment? They suck, for real.

I can't remember the last time I needed to even step into a bank. I did all my loan apps online, signed and fax papers, or had them notorized and mailed. Direct deposit, ebill paying, ect... is the ****.
