It's not that bad, when I shift I just move my right knee up to hold the wheel where it is if I'm using the clutch or I just clutchless shift and use my left leg to hold the wheel which is much smoother because I can use my right foot to brake or rev match. The only thing that's really hard is talking on the phone because I have to take it off my ear every time I need to shift or steer The meds they have me on make me stupidly sleepy too so that's been a struggle to fight off as well.


I asked the ER tech Thursday when it happened if I could race Sunday and he said that would be a terrible idea because all the ligaments that hold it in are either torn of stretched like crazy so it could really easily pop back out I would consider ignoring him if it didn't hurt so unbelievably bad to wear my seatbelt so I'll just skip this one and in 3 weeks it should be healed enough that I can beat some people one handed(literally).
