im interested in doing a motor swap in my car to a turbo motor and its made by the same manufacturer and from the same type of car. how legal is it and what needs to be done by me appart from tuning to pass emmissions? are there any criteria as to what can and cannot be done?

Make sure you buy the engine from a shop and not off some shady person.. also check to make sure the engine code has not been tampered with or removed by acid.. see if you can get the title of the car the engine came from.. oh and just so ya know if its from camdon its stolen dont buy it or you will go to jail...
