K. Yanked doing 57 in a 45 (I thought it was 50. Im not exactly a local. I was visiting my parents). At least thats what the ticket says. But it also says the wrong D License number, the speed over is not checked, and my height was put in the weight box with nothing in the height section.

I also got a noisy exhaist ticket that was written out properly. Now could I possibly get the speedin dropped and just have the muffler ticket? If so that's great cause Im currently on probationary driving and can't get anymore points or I will lose my license....again.

You could go to court and talk to the prosecutor but I am sure that they wont drop the ticket just for a mistake on the ticket like that. I have seen many people come in with mistakes on tickets and the judge wont drop them. I am sure that they will reduce the speeding ticket or maybe drop the exhaust ticket. Let me know what happens

K. Had court today. Bought myself a lawyer before hand ($300)

Noisy exhaust ticket dropped ($0)

Speeding ticket reduced to Unsafe driving which means no points ($150)

Court Costs ($33)

Surcharges ($250)

Total = $733 Odd thing is. Im happy.
