I showed up with a few people. Once we figured out cars weren't organized by type or even all together in the same lot, we did a quick lap and bounced. Wasn't all that exciting to have people driving arround you when tring to see cars. My buddies son almost got ran over by a car.

I didn't see many people there I knew. Basically was with the people that I cruised up with. I saw you Meesh but didn't recognize you because you didn't have glasses on. I missed my little smurf too. Saw a lot of the same stuff.

Question. What did you have to do to become one of those peoples choice cars?

morning everyone! busy busy weekend for me, but it was very enjoyable. went down to wildwood, and last ngiht there was a sons of Italy dinner i was invited to.

We went to Surf Taco in Long Branch instead of Sonic. It was soooo nice at the shore. A good 10* cooler.

to enter peoples choice you were either given a form when you pulled in, given a form when you were walking around, or given a form by coming to the table and asking for one. fill out the form, half in your car,half to the table... $1 per vote for the car you liked most. It kinda failed because not a lot of people voted and even more didnt turn their form in. Could have been worse tho. Between the top 3 there were 50 or so votes total. But it could have been much better.

Def needs some improving next year but it was just a feeler this time around. I had fun this weekend tho.

Sailed saturday, meet yesterday. But man am i beat.

Hopefully today goes fast

if it was a car show and not a car meet and it didn't cost a $1 donation per vote then it would have gone better. i saw the $1/vote sign and laughed. the raffles were a great idea for raising money... the voting... kinda not at all.

i'd leave that out next year, or set up an area specifically to be a "car show" w/ a $5 or $10 entrance fee and free voting

Angelo, there are about 15 photos of your car on Facebook from the drive up, the meet itself and and the cruise home that doubled as a photoshoot. I was tagged in all of them so they are easy to find, check em out!
