I boosted my prelude and now i have oil pushing through my oil cap and im sure my other lines coming out of the valve cover. What r my options to relieve some of this pressure? Thanks

If the pressure is that excessive, and everything is hooked up properly(I.E. PCV and breather lines) you might have a blow by issue...

But on alot of high power hondas we have done in the past we will weld 2 12an bungs on the front of the valve cover to help vent crankcase pressure...

maybe my valves??? I know they need adjusting but they don't sound that bad. It has 120k on the odometer. i had it since 90k. Pretty sure they were never adjusted. If they are not adjusted right can that cause wear on the seals?
