Still waiting until tomorrow to make the official call, but wanted to let everyone know that I posted a parking map in the first post, and will copy that edit here as well.

Please park in the blue areas ONLY! We will have volunteers helping people to park in the proper areas but need your cooperation with this.
Please do NOT park in the red areas, this is very important! Parking in the Sonic stalls will not be allowed this year so please help us out by cooperating! Thanks...

Unfortunately the weather reports I've been checking are calling for rain throughout the day. We'll make a decision tomorrow mid-day that we feel is the best for the event and attendees as a whole.

I know this is very frustrating to everyone, so thanks for everyone's patience and cooperation. This one's out of our hands but we're doing everything we can to work with what we've got here. Its tough to make the call even a day in advance but considering that we have quite a few people coming from out of town, we wanted to give you guys fair notice before you start on your trek out this way.

We'll get an awesome meet out of this one way or another... we'll see what things are looking like tomorrow.
