Your right i looked into it last night and the sedan and coupe both have similar numbers in handeling but straight line/1/4 mile the sedan was quicker not by much though lol. And now that i think about it the only reason they made the jdm type r and the mugen rr in a sedan is because they dont have civic coupes in japan lol

Yeah, the sedan is identical to the coupe but 59 more lbs,so 59 more lbs in the quarter is enough for it to lose.

Same motors in the coupe and sedan, I like the sedan better and I've also heard that they run quicker out of the box, not sure why, doubt it's a difference of Aero because the front end on them looks the same to me and there's really nothing on the coupe OR sedan that would cause drag, at least on one more than the other. Only ever got to really wind up a Sedan myself at my old job, was fun to drive and seemed to handle decent for what it was, felt like a solid chassis.

From what the stats say, I think its basically just down to personal preference and driver ability. The sedan is heavier but has better balance, thus evening out the performance edge.

Coupes are slower because it takes more time for the vtak to spool up.
