I hate that ****. My girlfriend's sister has a sheltie, and that thing just follows her, and always like runs away if I try to pet it. It's very attached to her and it gets really annoying. And if she is off at work, the thing mopes around and it's really sad how she has raised it.

Soo... once upon a time... there was this girl who was born with a normal face but her parents beat her face in with a shovel at birth due to the surprise at her abnormally large head. She was then named Soon-Ae and given up for adoption immediately, her parents unable to cope with the fact that this baby had a head the size of a basketball. yeah, i'm glad my dad named me, and not my mom. who knows how funny my name would have been if she gave me a korean name.

Joe bob sue and mark are all standing around at a pool party. A child falls into the pool and drowns since no one saved it in time joe is an off duty cop, bob is the house owner and father of the child that died,sue is just a neighbor hanging out,and mark is the life guard hired for the pool for the day. How many,if any,of the above can be prosecuted and why?

I'm gonna guess father/house owner, lifeguard but not Sue because she's not a doctor/family member, etc. and not the cop because they have no obligation to help individuals when off duty?
