quick question, i live in PA and im not running mufflers on my 91 beretta just 2in dual straight pipes, i do have my cat still. will this pass state inspection or will i have to stick mufflers on for inspection ?

has to have mufflers

rule of thumb for exhausts in PA

if its modified from stock, the vehicle code sees it as a violation
