So guys,this thursday is new years eve. Delayed til the following week sounds like a better idea. That way we can count on the attendance as well as more time to prep on our side.

Police will be cracking down this thursday as well, so I think its better for all if we wait until the following week as well.

So at the meet, I will be handing out, at the entrance, a flyer with the rules for the meet on them, then each vehicle that comes in, has to write down their name, year make and model and plate number, this way, if anything happens, we have a set of documentation of who came to the meet.
