i'm hoping to get a clue as to the possibility this week. fingers are crossed, hopes aren't up though. however, i'd be so much happier... anyway, even the possibility is a great kick in my ass to get my personal site up

Yeah, Ramen is pretty much terrible for you. I'm finding myself feeling a lot better and more energized lately, as lame as that sounds, eating healthier foods. I do get the fast food here and there but generally speaking I'm watching my intake again as I'm back into working out

That's assuming you're not a fat ass like me who sucks down 2 of em for 800 calories and enough sodium to kill an elephant. But it's all good :-P
