Running that rich can cause a cat to fail.

So technically, you can rule out lack of fuel quantity. You still don't know the amount of fuel pressure your running though, correct? And you still need to perform a proper boost leak test.

Boost leak test done, nothing found.

The dyno graph should be something like the first run here

Trying to smell your sparkplugs to determine the a/f ratio of the engine is not exactly accurate. Its also an old myth from the carborated muscle guys. It worked well for them because carborators are so inefficient that over fueling would be insanely obvious.
Doesn't really work that well on fuel injected cars, because even if too much fuel is being sent, its still no where near as badly flooded as a carb car.

Smelling wont do anything but you can tell allot visually from the plugs as long as you shut down the motor at WOT at the top of your rev range. We used to pull plugs after running motors on the engine dyno all the time.

I still think you have a boost leak somewhere....how much pressure did you charge the pipes to when you checked it? I would keep putting air in there until your wastegate opens. It could be a multitude of things....faulty BOV, bad check valve somewhere

If your running rich enough were the car is bucking and backfiring then your defiantly rich enough to wash down the cylinders and cause some real damage when your oil turns into nothing

I agree on the oil part as I had experience with it. My Honda had carb issues and it would buck and backfire because there was about an inch of gas sitting on top the butterflies. The oil smelled like raw gas when I got it towed home.

i think my evo makes that hp in reverse.

so without reading the nearly 2500 posts, are you tuned at all? you're entirely way to rich, and a tune woudl fix that. odds are your cat is toast, just put a test pipe on it and call it a day.

Not tuned, never was, like a good 90% of the people who own these cars and mod them. The issue happened pretty instantly, not just because the car got "untuned"

To me it seems like it happened after you took off your IC pipes and painted them.. Not that painting them had anything to do with this, but I would re-check everything you took off.

this.

wasnt saying it became untuned.. thats juts stupid. what im saying is that either you got a boost leak and didnt pressure test high enough, or the fact that your car is modified, but running on a stock program might have caught up to you. ive had tons of **** go wrong with my car, so im always thinking as if im the 10% you mentioned.

by the way. bet your cat failed.

Wow dude, I feel really bad for you. This problem has been forever. The worst part of owning a turbo car. Did CarbonIS ever figure his prob out?

What's hilarious about it? The car is broken and down on power, I've got plenty of timeslips from when it was running well to show that it's got a lot more than 128whp. If you don't believe me, you're welcome to find out once it's back up and running.

Have you tried using a different ECU? I've seen several strange scenarios cured by an ECU swap on Honda-tech.
