I didn't mean it in the sense of effectiveness. I was talking about both being used as a form of exercise. My friend practices tai chi and is an awesome martial artist. But let's be honest, when's the last time you saw someone get in a fight and front flip kick someone

True. Tai Chi is very relaxing when practicing, but when used, it is extremely effective. Much more useful in a real hand/hand fight than Capo.
