As far as the story, it isn't adding up. She threw stuff at you and broke your stuff on the driveway and yet they let her in your house? What really happened? Something is missing?

Either way, I think you made the best decisino to call the cops. If she was a guy, she would be in jail, gotta love the double standard.
Well she has a few valueables here. Digital Camera, Hamels Jersey, Brand New BMX Bike, a bunch of valuable figurines, ipod... so i can get my money back one way or another. If she wants her stuff i want the money for my xbox. plain and simple. not to mention a TON of clothes/shoes/etc.

She was in my house because she lived with me. I SERIOUSLY did not break a single thing of hers. Nothing. I didnt lay a hand on her, all i did was use verbal abuse. She also did verbal abuse, physical abuse and property destruction. If i didnt hit her when she smashed my xbox, i dont think i would hit her for anything else (maybe ****ing with my car).

OMGZ Turbo knows everything that happened, so i hope he can chime in on this story and let everyone know i didnt touch her, break anything, throw anything at her... nothing. I kept my cool the entire time and i still have. I have so much of her stuff and im not gonna break any of it because im not gonna stoop to her level.

Yea me and her (my ex) were supposed to go to the park. It was chrissy ballz bachelor/bachelorette party. But yea... i wont be going to that wedding now.

P.S. - my ex has already text me, called me, and left voicemails crying and apologizing and says she wants to pay me for the xbox (she makes next to nothing, with every penny she makes saved it will take her 4 weeks to pay me lol... she works part time.). ANYWAY.... she needs her dress for the wedding and is begging me to let a mutual friend come get it. I do feel bad for the dress, so i MIGHT give it to her. As far as the electronics and other stuff, it will be exchanged for a new system and or money.

I doubt there is much more to the story. Whenever a woman is involved, you can pretty much count on the chick being wrong in every case 99.9% of the time. Just like when you see a car with a dent........always assume a woman driver put it there.

i laughed at this, because the only scratch on my lancer is when the woman backed up into a HUGE rock and dented the hell out of the bumper

So who called my ex at 2:30am last night (female voice, but could have been a guy who got his gf/friend to call her for him) and threatened her. She text me saying some chick kept calling from a blocked number and when she finally answered it was a female and they said some stuff about my moms picture, my watch and my xbox, told her to watch her back etc. So it has to be someone from her, because i only listed the stuff she stole on tst. facebook/myspace only had little bits of info and nothing about what was actually stolen so it was someone from tst that knows the both of us. .... im not mad, i want to shake your hand. please pm me if you dont want to say it publicly on here.
