Do you eat meat? I'm sure it's no worse than what happens to cows pigs etc. In slaughterhouses it's just because people love dogs.

They announced it just a few minutes ago watching the eagles patriots game now. Just still in shock that he's an eagle. If they use him wisely and utilize him this team will dominate.

Michael Vick is appearing on 60 minutes at 7 pm Sunday Aug 16. I wasn't aware he pleaded guilty to drowning and electricuting dogs. Wow.

Whoever holds the life of an ANIMAL over that of a human being deserves to be cast aside by society. None of them are helping move humanity forward. See. I have a pit. I realize he did his time. BUT, for the NFL, its a gift to play in the NFL, a privilage. He shouldnt be allowed to make millions of dollars playing a game, a gift. Thats what makes me angry.

Not to mention the fact that the dogs are being subjected to CRUELTY -- where it either suffers for years, or suffers for years and THEN dies. What's a cow subjected to? It spends its life being fed repeatedly, wandering around on a farm -- and then it's quickly slaughtered.

This is ALL about his crime. What do you think the world is discussing right now? Why do you think this is such a big story?

There's a big difference between holding the life of an animal over the life of a person, versus setting an animal abuser back in the spotlight. Did anyone say Michael Vick should be killed? I don't recall ever saying that. But I don't think he deserves **** after what he did.

its the simple fact that he is a POS.

i don't hold humans above dogs... however, we have domesticated them, we own them, we dictate what they do and when they do it. we do have a responsibility to them.

if a person is willing to kill a defenseless animal, they're usually not that far from doing the same to a person. he's a sick person, regardless of having done his time... he doesn't deserve to be playing again.

and i'm pretty sure the life of a dog is more important than a football championship.
