Honestly, neither is necessary. We do it because we have a choice. When the choice comes to dropping it, it's a little more difficult if you do it all the time or have a set routine.
im not saying its necessary, i just dont understand the strong relation the 2 have together. oh well.

For me, I associate coffee with smoking.

Pisses me off when I'm having some coffee and I go to take a puff and there's no lit cig.
