fabio, it is a lot harder to be good at autox then it is to be good at drag racing. i still love drag racing, and will go to atco in my electric car in 20 years no matter how slow it is. but the truth is, until you actually try autox, you can't say much about it. its a whole different level then drag racing.

besides the fact the ciotti always makes fun of drag racing, and he is always joking about it, not trying to start fights. what he said was true. drag racing at a track, from a roll, doesnt take much skill. it takes a fast car, which you def have. i've been trying to get you out to autox since you first got your car back.

its all in fun fabio, don't try to take it as anything more then a joke

Fabio what the hell? You know me better than to think I was bashing you or anyone for that matter, I was just kidding and trying to get this thread away from topics that will get it locked. I thought that since we're friends I could razz you a bit and you would come back and tell me my Cobra is slow or something like that, I had no idea it would make you so upset man, my bad. I said it in jest but I guess it didn't come across that way and for that I am sorry man, I meant you no disrespect I was just screwing around dude.

1 "road race" for 5 laps behind a pace car at E-town's road-o-cross track gives you no right to trash on us that actually push our cars to their real limits and further our car control skills every month. Autocross has a learning curve that furthers driving skills WAY faster than the equivalent amount of time or money spent on track days, but you haven't done a real track day or autocross so you wouldn't know that and I haven't done a track day yet either but I hang with club racers that say it all the time and Randy Probst has even said it before as well.

Real men drove in Le Mans in 1966, or any Le Mans in that era, or F1, thats real racing. I think drag racing, auto cross are about as gay as two fags slipping there dig dongs down eachothers buts compared to that. Thats pushing your car/body to the limits. Go 20mph around a cone or driving 150mph in a straight line is whatever. So drop the auto cross bs, because its all the same gay stuff that we all do.

Just cleaned up this thread, again.
I can't keep doing this so here's one more reminder on what to do if you want to keep the thread open and everyone happy, which is what I'd prefer.

Don't talk about anything illegal, anything. Dont use code words, don't post videos. Respect this simple rule and don't push the limits, because the next time I have to 'moderate' this thread it will be a lot quicker than every other time since it'll be a simple lock instead of spending a half hour cleaning it up.
I know a good number of you guys respect the rules and do your part to keep things in line and I appreciate that... I'd like to keep the thread open as much as all of you which is why I've been really patient with things. So, mind your manners and we'll all move along as one big happy family...

edit: oh, and is weird that FastCar and Bottle Fed, who seemingly don't know each other and had to PM to meet up, etc etc. are sharing the same IP? Hmmmm....

Man I feel like Im in school. I guess its ok for people to talk about there car loosing traction at 80mph driving down a public road with people driving around, but a controlled state is bad. Im not pointing no fingers. Rules are rules I guess. Communism at it best.

I would go to delvalracing.net or njstreetracingsucks.com since those guys really dont care what the hell is talked about.

Keep driving in a straight line dude, make sure you don't turn the steering wheel or the car may flip over, cars were after all created to go straight not turn that's why they made the front wheels solid... oh wait that's trains not cars, on cars the front wheels do turn side to side... well at least mine do, maybe it's a DSM thing that they don't?

Oh and since you are opening your mouth about business that has nothing to do with you saying I'm bashing people for no reason, Fabio PM'd me a while ago to let me know he was just messing with me by freaking out, he knew that I was just kidding because he has a sense of humor like us non angry at the world for no reason people.

Spoken like someone that has never tried it and probably never will, the list of people that only loved running in a straight line that are now autocross junkies is growing by the month but you obviously won't be on it out of fear of becoming gay. Where do you think many of those Le Mans drivers or F1 drivers got their start dude? If you knew anything about what you were talking about you would know that the good autocrossers are some of the most technically proficient drivers with to name just a few things their car placement and ability to process loads of car feedback and course conditions in a stupidly short amount of time. Being 2 inches farther away from any one of the hundred or so gates on an autocross layout can be the difference between winning or losing, but I guess that's a gay so the thousands of real race car drivers that got their start doing this and now make money for driving cars are gay too.

So this is what I've concluded from your post...

-If street racing or any other illegal activities are such an important part of your life, then yes please do take your business elsewhere. TST will never be in support of this type of irresponsible and immature behavior.

-If anyone posts about driving 80mph down a crowded street losing traction, please report the post so the moderators can respond to it appropriately. This type of behavior, like street racing, is not how we want TST to be represented.

-And lastly, you have no idea what communism is, lol.
