JM Fabrications' 4" Custom Midpipe on my Supra

Spent the afternoon down at JM Fab yesterday so they could build a custom 4" midpipe on my Supra. I had tried a 'bolt on' setup previously but it didn't fit right so I got the fab components together and headed over to JM Fab to have them make the magic happen. I already had the downpipe and the catback, but I needed to have a midpipe made that would fit them together properly.
The finished product came out really nice, I'm really happy with the results and its awesome to finally have a proper fitting exhaust on the car.

One awesome thing they did was adapt one of my standard Vibrant 4" vband flanges down to fit up perfectly with my (metric sized) HKS Ti 95mm catback. Previously the flanges were slightly different sizes and it resulted in not having a perfect seal, but JM machined the vband down slightly for me so now its a perfect match.

Otherwise just good quality exhaust fabrication which you'll see in the photos below, and I also had them make a dump tube for my EWG as well since I still didn't have one.

fitting the first elbow to turn back just right. careful balance of fitting it up tight under the car without bent too close

everything tacked up

giving the exhaust a nice brushed finish

tigging it all up

finished product

installed on the car and checked to make sure there were no leaks

and the dump tube

Really happy with everything, good group of guys over there who obviously do really good work. Thanks again!

Here are some other shots from around the shop while I was there...

evo manifolds headed for australia (not finished yet)

new head flange... i think for an evo but correct me if i'm wrong. i'll let them go through the benefits of it if they want...

JMFab always does quality work. I've personally never seen anything come out of there that wasn't impressive. One of these days I'm going get up there to have justin finish up my exhaust manifold.

Bryan I was following your car on SF, you have the most beautiful MKIV, I had no idea you were local to me. I'm John BTW, just moved to A-town PA from South Jersey Motorsports park area. I am swapping a mild built 2jzgte into my G-coupe (still on the early parts of the build though, you know how that goes lol) and just wanted to introduce myself..

Hey John, your swap sounds wild... you should start a thread about it on the Member Journal section and document the hell out of it so we can follow along.
Thanks for the compliments, I really appreciate it. If you can come to the Sonic Meet on April 25th you definitely should, and I'll be sure to have my Supra there as well. Hopefully we can meet there or something this spring.
