Haha me too! Bought from pep boys I think... I've broken the 1/4" ratchet twice now but all the sockets are still good.

My favorite tools by far are the sledge hammer and dremel tool. I call them the "problem solvers". The air chisel trails a close 3rd.

For "normal" problems. But we don't have normal problems around here. We have sledgehammer chisel problems. Now the sledgehammer combined with a chisel... That would be a killing machine. In related news, I'm surprised my rusty ass exhaust bolts came off without complaining.

They make this thing called a garage utility vac which hangs on the wall and has a really long hose. Now that would be sweet rather than dragging the shopvac around running it into the cars.

The loose collection of tools that I do have has probably saved me god only knows how much money. I drive old cars with no car payments that break a lot, and then when I fix them I do it for the cost of parts. I can't even imagine how much I've saved in the last 10 years. Fact is though, you can for the most part get by on a metric socket set and a couple wrenches. You can fix most things in my car with the little tool set they give you in the trunk.

As a side note, when I installed the exhaust I noticed my heat shield is trashed from when I ran over the hump at RT tuning, all 3 of my diff bushings are trashed, my subframe bushings are torn, my swaybar end links need replaced, and my exhaust mounts are completely broken so my exhaust is sagging about 1.5". 200,000 miles of me trashes a car ;) I have a big job ahead of me. I'm kind of stressing it a bit actually and wondering if I should buy this mint E46 M3 I found with 25,000 miles.
well if you do tackle it, let me know when. I'll come wrench whenever. You are only 5 seconds from my house lol.

It's gonna be a process I think. The main thing I am doing first is suspension and interior/exterior improvements. So probably I'm going to get it up real high on stands, take the wheels off and it will be in that state for a little while. I'll probably just have a couple set nights of week where I'll be working on it and if anyone wants to come over and chill they're more than welcome.

I'm putting the exhaust and intake on now so I can have a last hurrah before I can't drive it for a while

finally got one of my old 8track digital recorders up on Ebay. ive been watching them for the past week or so. they are flyinggggg. i lost the AC adapter....so i tried to compensate by throwing in one of those expensive USB cables that are used for adapters and USB hubs and ****. thing lasts forever on batteries anyway.

next up, old civic hatch stock spoiler. EFhatches ftw (sorta) lol

I've always wanted to get into music (composition, mixing, recording, etc). I'll stick with computers and cars though ;) I already have too many hobbies. I used to play the trombone in high school. Does that count?
