Yeah, having both a turbocharger and a supercharger is old news. There was a MR2 that had a similar setup. The supercharger boosted during the lower RPM's and the turbocharger boosted during the higher RPM's for boost throughout the curve thus eliminate any lag. I'm assuming the STi has this setup for a similar reason.

No one said it wasn't old news. I am glad there was a turbo/supercharged mr2, but we are talking about the sti here, which is the first I have seen.

I'm not bashing, just stating the potential reasoning for doing what the owner did since no one yet has commented on why yet.

twincharge.

theres actually 3 different companys making twincharge kits for the mini...all putting about 250 to the wheels with stock internals.
