Anyone going? I'll be there may 25th...its memorial day monday. $225 if its your first time, $150 if you've been there before. For tech you just print the tech form and have any shop fill it out.

im not going since i just paid 150 for a clubloose event and now im broke lol

but i am wondering if it would be 150 for me since ive been on the roadcourse 3 different times so far, but none of them were for one of the regular track days

This event is more like "school" your taught technical things, car setup, etc.
Autox events you just show up and drive, just like that one you posted.

you'll only get maybe 5 minutes of track time for an autox. May 25th is a full on track day, well over an hour when I went last time.

I talked to some people that did it last year and May 9th is in fact just autocross on the road course, I was mislead.

Anyone know a good place around philly to get teched? The places I have called all want $80-100 for a tech inspection, which the raceway park track manager said was ridiculous. Is there a friendly shop that will do the tech inspection in return for eternal gratefulness and props giving?

Try Autosource at 7525 Frankford Ave. It's a small used car dealer, but the mechanic there is a good guy, his name is Vic and he might be able to do something for you without you having to sell a kidney for it.

i want to go but never heard of getting your car teched before you show up just thought they would look at it when you get there. anyone know any shops in del co. that techs?

So I guess no takers from TST, but it was a hell of a turnout with 25+ cars. Beautiful weather made for great driving.

that's after passing them, I'm not holding them up

Nice. I've never driven that course in that direction but I think thats the way it was designed to be run.
