It is easy to start a business. A good accountant is a must have item. YOu have to decide if you will incorporate, LLC, or just go fictitious name...it all depends on how much liability the business puts on you. If you are still employed, get a credit line established before you leave your job. Come up to Shady Brook tomorrow night and I'll give you some advice and the number for my accountant.
