INTRO:
Hey fellow TriStateTuners. I was a member a long time ago and couldn't regain access to my old account. I've been lurking around again and decided to post and start my "Member Journal".

BACKGROUND:
Well I bought my 2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V exactly 2 years ago today at the age of 16. I paid $12,800 for it, $10,000 of it was my own money. I saved for 2 years, washing dishes at a restaurant and working at Linen's N Thing's. I am now 18 and my car has come a long way from where it was from day one.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't impressed. You wouldn't happen to be the owner of the SpecV that lurks around MCCC, would you?

Actually I am, there is 2 Molten Silver Spec V's that lurk around MCCC, I am one of them the other is the member (cszakolczai) that took my pics for me, He has white wheels and is also wingless.

Ah, I've seen you both, I think. Keep your eyes peeled for a ed 2GB Talon cruising around, that's me.

car looks good, my brother had a white 04 with the nismo lips. Makes the car look so much better. im lovin the nismo wheels too. (edit theyre gramlights but pretty much the same thing.)

also like the painted lower grille looks a lot better than stock.

those are the bronze nismo wheels...which are gramlights

I wish they had Nismo lips for the 02/03 body

car is looking good andrew, I need me a stock wingless lid...them plugged holes are bothering me

Took you long enough to finally post your car on this site haha. Andrew knows how much I <3 his car.

I am the other Spec V in MCCC, my car is easily noticeable, I have an ultra rare mod... left rear quarter panel dent. You can only get it by NJ transit busses, when they want to be dicks.

Thanks Pat, yeah they are Bronze Nismo wheels which are the same as Ray's Gramlights 57C. Get a wingless trunk lid asap, I hated having those holes. I swapped mine with an '03 GXE from a dealership.

Keep an eye out around MCCC for me. I have a white del sol with a cheezin FMIC on it.

I never noticed some many people go to MCCC, but I'll keep an eye out a white del sol. Next week is my last week too, well for this semester.

mine are capped and painted, and actually blend in quite well, but its just for the clean aspect of my car, and me just having OCD about it lol.

yeah I made actual fillers for mine as well, but I know a welder who I take pictures for so we help each other out, and so I'll prob go to him soon.

$free.99, I didn't pay a cent, direct swap. I even left my Spec V trunk debadged. Just search around and ask, thats what I did.

yeah if I could do it for free @ a dealer i'd probably swap straight up, but other wise I'd like to keep my winged trunk for the future

Yeah, the holes bothered me so much. I put the spoiler back on and hated it so I swapped it at a dealership not to far from my house. The manager was super cool, turned out she was a buddy of mine's fiance, she drove a slammed '03 civic coupe herself.

I like them in Red, unfortunately this was the only color they had when I was looking for an amazing price. I like to think my car sounds pretty good, Im completly catless and I have no raspiness at all just some pops here and there
