first off "motorvated" who stole the jam out of your donut? a dj at a car meet doesn't make it a f ' n carnival. nopi is a carnival? guess you don't like wet t-shirts either. don't hate if you can't play vinyl. side show maybe, but turntables are not a tilt a whirl. more like background noise but its been squashed already anyway.

also if i was anywhere i mean anywhere on the planet and some wingnut pinched me between 2 cars causing me pain and to take an ambulance to an er for x-rays i would OWN that dood. thats what insurance is for. you get injured by someone irresponsibly driving their car you sue them for the damages especially if you are physically harmed. i pay a lot to drive so i drive carefully. if someone hits me i'm takin em to the cleaners. cause guess what 99% people wouldn't think twiceto do it to me.
if i get bumped at a red light and there was no damage i would still fall out clutchin my neck on the ground lookin for the ambulance. "help i can't see!"
insurance rates will never be reasonable so if you can't beat em join em. if your lucky enough to get injured by some fool and survive, then stick a knife in the situation. i am not alone in this thinking...
i guess you want to pay your medical bill for someone else hurting you cause he's like your brother or something? do you even know the guy behind the keys of that car?

and when the ambulance and er bill comes to your house and its well over 2000$ dollars are you gonna limp over to your check book and be happy to pay the bill? is it really rediculous to sue the guy who hurt you?

so if he has insurance , you hope, you will sue his insurance and his insurance will sue the lot owner. or you could ignore the bill and it will destroy your credit.

end of best buy meet.

but if like jersey said we do like a charity thing to pay your bills and nobody gets sued its all good. you will get bills in the mail dood you do realize that right? unless you gave a false name and address to the hospital cause for some reason they don't check id's.

if we do raise the money to pay the bills to keep the meet going i think dood that caused the issue should have to clean the lot for life if he wants to come back or just simply banned for causing probs for everyone else.

I dont think anyone is arguing the fact that the honda driver shouldnt be sued, or what ever. i think the reason for the argument is that insurance companies are ruthless and they will try to involve every party they can get the most money from. I.E. property owner.

I am not making any sort of argument for either side, i'm just trying to clear up why certain people said certain things, or it was how i interpreted it.

And that's A: what's wrong with this country, and B: the reason the insurance rates are so ridiculously high


Personally, I try to be a part of the solution as opposed to being a part of the problem and I'm guessing the guy that got hurt is the same way.

First off dont attack Motorvated for not liking the idea of a DJ at the meet, Nopi is ricer heaven and to me its so dumb and out played i will never attend one of there "events" its more of a joke if you ask me. Im not hating and i sure as hell know i cant play vinyl. It just doesnt belong at the meet its just a car meet where friends go to hangout or atleast thats how it started. The idea has been squashed so why bring it back up? Just so you can start drama and get attention?
