They don't need to trailer it. Street race in slow motion and drive that sucker to the track. No money for a track day but money to gamble on a ticket.

What bugs me is how the eff do the lamborghini's and ferrari's pass california's inspections anyways since they mostly sit lower.. far lower than say a subaru or a camry??? i mean seriously all I see their stupid BS laws regarding cars is a way to favor the stupidly rich. i mean lambs and ferrarri's dont sit at their headlights 22 inches off the ground like california law states is the min. .. seriously its ridiculous, I do understand what they are trying to do, but I dont agree with the way they are going about it.

Statistically most street racing occurs late at night/early morning. So in reference to julz.. I dont see an 80 year old blind and deaf woman alone that late much less an 80 yr old at all being up that late nor do i see a 3 yr old wandering the streets unless its mother is a crackwh*re. But I understand what you were trying to say. Those of us that have been in the past or did it once, know the dangers associated with it. I cant tell you how many accidents i saw that made me quit all together. Personally too many douchebags pull out infront of the racers and cause nasty accidents for me to want to consider starting back up again. Unfortunately thats not the case for most who still do it.

Well at least they won't deal with another stolen Honda/Acura. That Integra looked clean though. So your gonna tell me now that an intake causes street racing? Get real.

not just an intake, but an intake manifold that sucks in large amounts of air and exhaust.

lmfao. these guys need to get serious, he says anyone that makes these kinds of modifications is going to be doing illegal activities. what a stereotype. like stated earlier, some people enjoy daily driving their "illegal cars", that doesn't mean they're doing illegal things

Hahahahahahahaha!!!! Since when does a turbo timer/intake manifold make a car a race car? So if your driving through san diego and have any type of bolt on they consider it used in racing.... thats bogus!!!! Really.. what happened to a hobby?!?!? I guess needles will soon be taken away from knitters because they can be used to stab people... this is insane!

On a side note, that reporter should lose his man card and his press card.He didnt know what an intake does(brings in high amounts of exhaust??)and he could have done two minutes of research to figure it out.

That part had me !

**** California. If they crush that Type R, Honda owners from all over the US will be ****ting in those cops' donuts.

Instead of wasting $600k on trying to solve a problem that will never go away, why don't we, oh I don't know, support local business and give people tax breaks? No?
