Unless hes popping reflectors off the roads, its not to low.

White is a very unflattering color in darkness. The ground's wet so it's not sliding fast which means it's not under compression on the side and the wheel is fully turned making the car raise about a half inch. I wish I remembered where to find pictures of it standing still, but it's low (and lower than all except 1 or 2 on the previous page).

they are 17's. and how do you expect him to run a lower offset and less camber? i mean i had a 17x9 +40 on my car, not even tucking tire, and i had to run at least 3.5 degrees of camber

You've got to be kidding me. Those wheels are incredibly sunk, here's a quick MS Paint job to show my point. Look at the white lines to get an idea of how much lower of an offset he could go (before even he would have to worry about a roll!) and how much camber there is in the front and rear.
