Well people been asking me when i will be tossing another meet and i was thinking about it and i just came to a conclusion that on sunday feb.22 2009 ill be having a meet at the philadelphia art museum starting at 2 pm . This meet will be held at the museum its self at the top of the famous "rocky steps". If we are asked to leave the meet will be moved to a parking lot near the rear of the building . . try and come early so we can get some nice pictures taken . PLEASE DO NOT COME BURING RUBBER OR ACTING YOUR SHOE SIZE THIS IS A LANDMARK AND THERE WILL BE ALOT OF VISITORS AND TOURIST . I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE WITH MY CREW AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH SECURITY OR ANYTHING

The adress is as followed 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy
Philadelphia, PA 19130
if u have any question please feel free to pm me
IF WEATHER IS AN ISSUE IT WILL BE MOVED TO ANOTHER DATE

this is posted on other fourms and there will be alot of people attending

this is a over head view. once again if we are asked to leave the art museum we will move to the parking lot near the rear of the building or the one a block away that u can clearly see in this map where fairmount and aquarium ave meet

So its at 2pm. The museum is open til 5pm, & as far as I know there was a $5 parking fee, & you have to cross that lot to get to the steps... Is there still a fee?

Yes, there is a $5 fee if you go there during operating hours of the museum.

And cops will be giving you a harder time than before for parking there.

yeah i dont see how they wouldent about parking up there. just do it on the parking lot behind it but thats usually packed.

They don't care if you park on the steps, I know 1st hand. And they stop charging for parking shortly after 430pm... Just my 2cents.

That actually sounds pretty fun. I might consider driving over there. I got to school like 20 minutes from Phila, so I'm sure I can stop by for a while.
