I caught a glimpse of the jump on ESPN2 earlier today and thought I'd like to share.

Vid is bad, but they might replay it in better quality if you stay glued to the tube...

I rode with this guy this past summer. Hes been training for this, for a LONG ass time. Crazy step up..and the drop, I dont even know what to say. fcking nuts

Watched this last night, it was a 96 foot step up.
Also watch some guy in a baja truck do a back flip, but he didnt drive away.

Some guy? Come on now you have to know who Rhys Millen is lol. That step up was insane but I didn't think he was going to ride away when he didn't hit the ramp right on the landing. They said on the show that the jump to get to the top of that arch was 99 ft. (96 plus 3 to clear the top) then a 60 ft. drop to get back off.

pretty crazy, so much can go wrong. coming back down was just crazy, if i had to do that and even if i trained for it and all, id just accept the fact that im gonna die and jump down.
