interesting article on aging

long ass article. i had to take a break midway through to keep from falling asleep... LOL

but its good food for thought.

usually i read a couple articles before and/or after i read my mail. pretty good source for current events i guess.
but this one was sort of weird since AOL articles are usually short and almost incomplete. but this article is actually over done and seems like someone did a lot of work for it.

and about the article itself... i find it ... interesting what some people will do to look better, especially younger people. old people shooting up growth hormones is another story. i have no room to speak on that really, since im only 21 .. but i guess if i make it to double or triple my current age, id be in pretty worn out shape, and a little dose of oomph might help to stay active and happy. at that point, people must really be feeling the clock ticking, and i imagine its scary. one could really go either way. either take it easier to make your life last as long as possible, or go crazy and splurge to enjoy yourself while it lasts. conserving could pay off with more time, or it might be a jip because the time will be dull. or it might not even pay off with more time at all. acting out and trying to make the most of it could land you in a coffin earlier, but maybe it would be worth it. or maybe you would end up having a great time and lasting long anyway. who knows

that shot of growth hormone might be nice for a few years and then you die of cancer. or maybe it can really make you happy and stretch your span out as well.

like the article, im gonna leave this open ended. no point in really having an opinion on this, just food for thought
