If you read the article it says it will be the same hp as the current GTR. That is a heck of a price jump for some carbon parts.

As you may be able to tell I'm kind of a big Nissan enthusiast, and I have to say they really pissed me off with everything involving the GTR. Sure, its really fast, and I'm sure it handles quite well, but wtf man? Put another 50k into R&D on the trans and tack on another few grand per car to recoup it, and FIX IT!

wayyyy to much money. nissan's never started out as expensive brand. all there new models are decently priced, i just think they mark up the price on the car so that they dont sell like hot cakes, cuz it cost them so much to produce one. just my opinion

I think it's underpriced for the amount of performance you are getting. The ZR-1 beat its time by 3 seconds. Oh wow, the ZR-1 is also vastly more expensive than the GT-R.

For reference, Ferrari dropped $8 million in 2 weeks for research to get 1/10 of a second faster before the last race of the grand prix. But who would of thought a Corvette would be top of the list at Nurburgring ![]() ![]() I hold my opinion about the V Spec. If the Jalopnik link proves true it is a huge waste of money over the normal GTR.
For the performance the normal GTR is a bargain. The V Spec not so much from the predictions I have read.
