It looks kinda blurry to me.. Just my opinion. Background is kinda distracting too. Move the car further from the background so it blurs more. And if it's a P&S change it to a portrait mode and that should blur the background more. You want your subject in focus clearly, and your background to be plain and boring, or out of focus unless you have a sick background. An old abandoned warehouse building or such is always cool. Again, these are just my opinions

it looks like camera shake rather than being oof. not a very flattering angle either. a step or two left and much lower to the ground would have created a better shot.
