Yah it's cold out.. I didn't want to be out long.. nothing special... I had a few mins between the clouds.

Nikon D2x, 70-300 VR on tripod (VR off), Manual with shutter speed of 1 second to 2 seconds (I played), aperture of f5.6, 400 ISO:

i also noticed something "extra" in the last photo. if you look closely in the upper right corner, you can see three dots, the outer two are white and the middle one is red? did you catch something else, or was this just my imagination?

i was driving home from work and noticed it. I thought it was venus and a star, thats pretty cool its jupiter. venus was bright as hell.

There weren't even that many clouds when I was looking. I looked everywhere, nothing. Usually you can at least tell where it is because there will be a glare behind the clouds but I got nothin'.

Here's my only thought.. it was a plane that I didn't see. It blinked 4 times during that exposure. White light, then red light, then white light, then red light...?
