Leaving Elizabethtown to head back to Langhorne on Tuesday. Hangin' out with my friends that night, will be winterizing the MSP and having Thanksgiving Dinner #1 with my family on Wednesday. After that dinner, driving down to Hanover to spend Wednesday night with B's friends, then having Thanksgiving Dinner #2 with his family on Thursday. Dunno if we'll be driving back to Elizabethtown on Thursday or Friday. Prolly Thursday, cause I gotta work on Friday.

I kind of hate Thanksgiving .. It's supposed to be a break from classes, but in reality, I never get any time to relax. I'm either driving around between families or back at work.

At least I get to stuff my face twice, though. And double leftovers FTW!

staying in good old de haha

I was suppose to visit family in va, but have work the day before and after.Oh well, my mom's side of the family is huge. I think this will be the smallest thanksgiving yet and it will still be 13 people and like 8 dogs haha.

First year without a boyfriend on thanksgiving in... 4 years. wow

the company was good... the food... not so much...

i should have known that the jewish side of the family wasn't actually going to cook the turkey and instead order one...

should have went to my aunt's house... her husband is an amazing cook and takes pride in the food he makes... oh well, live and learn

Opposite for me. The food was good, the fam...not so much. We went to my Aunt's house. She injured her back and was in bed most of the day. My sister and cousin cooked, which is fine because my sister is an awesome cook. But, when we sat down to eat, my Aunt flipped out on her husband (since shes all cracked out on meds) and they got in a huge fight. Awkward, to say the least. Keith and I left shortly there after.

my mom was about to work her "here's my handsome single son with a good job" on some bitties... until she found out one was 13 and the other 16 (i'm telling ya... growth hormones in the water) the 13 y/o could pass as 17 and the 16 y/o 18-19 easily.

the 16 y/o kept checking me out though... so i thought to myself... "wwjd?"

It was actually really nice to see some of my step-dad's family that i hadn't in years... and also a pita seeing them because i had to give my life story for the past... 5-6 years to as many people.

The biggest disappointment (other than the 16 y/o not being eligible) was the mashed sweet potatoes tasting kinda odd... you don't need to put so much spice in them b/c they taste great alone... but the eagles housed the cardinals, so it was a great time over all.
