Your numbers are EXTREMELY conservative for what you just listed, that's why I said add them up again. Not what you posted, but what they actually are.
For example, a bottle of gatorade is just over 300 calories alone (plus lots of sugar, no good!), yet your entire 5th meal states 500 calories. 300 for gatorade 350 for 8 oz grilled chicken 215 for one cup of brown rice 50 for steamed brocolli That's 915 calories alone, nearly double what you have it calculated as. Your first meal you have 150 calories, but 115 for special k with berries 75 for a small banana 110 for one cup of skim plus skim milk That's 300 calories, literally double what you have it calculated as, with only one cup of milk. You probably drink more than that. My point is, you're cheating, you just don't know it. If your gym routine is consistent and you have plenty of energy to go, knock off a little food. Eat just a little less. I'm not a firm believer in the eat more, lose less diet, but eat wise, eat less, burn more, and you lose weight. You can't argue science. I don't know what gatorade you're drinking (propel or g2 maybe???), and you can't argue with the labels on the other stuff. For the special k I "ass"umed you were talking about a special k bar.
So you are taking in 1500 calories (with what amounts to minimal fat and sugar), going to the gym every day, and still not losing any weight now that you lost the first 100. I'm stumped. I don't care how much sugar or fat is in it, it's still odd. Quote:

6 months for 30lbs? Idk, has to be faster than that lol. I just hope I break through it or next time I get on the scale its 10lbs lighter.
My body size is changing, but the scale isnt! You know what I mean? like I definately have good size up top on me.

D, if things aren't going as you want right now... wouldn't it make sense to try something new? i'm not saying charly is 100% right... but he knows more than anone i know about this stuff. you asked for some help, and he told you his honest interpretation and all you're doing is saying he's wrong because you stuff has been working... up until now.
