I don't know how to feel about this one. If they ganged up on him the bar and kicked his ass pretty good I could see why he shot them. Before bar fighting people should probably realize that even if you kick someones ass there's a good chance that that isn't the end of the conflict. A gun should'nt have been brought into it- but- both parties should have shut their mouths and not started **** with each other. Good to know everyone is alive- hard lesson learned.

The whole waiting for them thing is really bitch though. I could see shooting them during the fight- but- waiting for someone isn't right at all.

Honestly anyone who does this should not be released to the public anymore. They are pyschotic morons and a threat to innocent people.

Even if the person is high or drunk they should be held fully accountable and not ever be released again. Hell when I am drunk or high its more of "Lets go watch a movie or play 360" not "Lets go shoot people".

you're an idiot....nobody ganged on anyone here. It was a verbal argument that turned into this asshole waiting for them outside and shooting them numerous times with a .45

The 3rd male victim wasn't even involved.
