I'm gonna say it's not happening unless they want to take away everyone's F-150. I also think the car companies would have some choice words to say about this bill. Considering they would put Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. out of business since all they make is high powered cars.

it can't be real. you can buy a brand new high powered vehicle from a dealership. all they will do is hurt the economy, there many people that are successful that just buy a fast car. i swear its fake, its just a threat to see what will happen. to see if this will minimize street racing by word not by making it part of the law.

we'll see.
