Me and a few friends were discussing this the other night, and despite hanging with this cute chick that was totally into me all night, I am totally turned off by the fact that she smokes. It totally kills it for me, and I've felt like this my whole life.

So, does it matter? Thoughts?

smoking is nasty and i think it says something about a person. the information is out there and readily available about how unhealthy it is yet people still do it. sorry, its pretty much a deal breaker for me.

It didn't bother me at first with this one girl I was seeing, but she also tried to hide it behind my back, because I think she didn't want me to know. Sometimes I deal with it but when they were drinking I swear it almost seemed like she was smoking a half a pack in one night. That is when it started bothering me.

Doesn't matter to me, but they have to smoke outside. The reason for that is because I quit 2 years ago and I still get cravings.

I was a smoker for eight years -- and I think it's absolutely disgusting. My repulsion has only gotten more intense over the years since I've quit, too. I can't stand it.

I'm sorta an ex smoker. I used to smoke upwards to a pack and day and now I smoke less than a pack a week. I only smoke when I drink now and since you can't smoke at bars now I pretty much only smoke on weekends if I'm drinking at a friends house, any other time I think the smell of a cig is gross as hell and hate when people smoke in cars or small rooms I'm in.

Anyway my girlfriend smokes and I hate being around her after she smokes because she stinks and its a mood killer if I'm trying to get some tang.

Honduh, let's be honest with ourselves and truly outline the problem here...you're trying to get tang from your girlfriend. If you were trying to get it from someone else, your girlfriend smoking would no longer be a turn off.
