cindy... why didnt you jump? skydiving is badass... definitely plan to get certified sometime down the road when i have the money for all of that.

I just don't think I could make myself do it. When the plane door went flying open, I almost started screaming before I remembered I was all sorts of strapped to the floor. So I could totally see my brain freezing up in mid-air after I jumped, too terrified to remember what to do about anything.

Ha thats why your first 4? jumps are tandem... I was attached to this big Vin Diesel lookin dude and when he told me to walk toward the open door you're damn well sure I did. They tell you to check your altimeter often and at a certain altitude to pull the chute... if you forget because of the massive sensory overload that you've got going on, they pull it for you. Its all good... DO IT.
And I think its 10 jumps to get certified, you've got to show that you can handle yourself, first tandem and then solo... but its damn expensive.
